Claims are reported and filed in the Allianz MyHealth portal. Log in here, or get the app for Android or iPhone.
You can also call Allianz at +353 1 630 1301 and email [email protected]. It is important to send an email in a timely manner, so that there is a paper-trail in case of any confusion down the road.
