In order to transfer your Trawick policy to a new broker you will need to draft a letter to the Trawick home office at [email protected] requesting the transfer be made. You will need a few things to complete the process.
1. Broker Name
2. Broker Agent Code
3. Broker Email Address
4. Policy Number
5. Name of Primary Insured
In your email, you need to state all of the above information requesting you be moved to the new broker, as well as CC your new requested broker in the email so they can help facilitate the transfer. Do note that if you transfer out of the Expat Insurance agency that we will not be able to continue support for any ongoing claims issues or other general support, and you are only eligible for a broker transfer on the policy renewal date.
