Do note that everyone's medical risk is unique; just because one person was approved or denied, does not mean you will be. They will look at your entire medical history, body mass index (bmi), age, and current risk tolerance of the portfolio before making an offer.
Automatic Denials - If an insurer sees one of these conditions, they may reject the application fully:

Partial Coverage Offers - If you have one of these conditions, here is what has been requested in the past of clients, and what offer they received.
High Blood Pressure / Cardio
Required: Recent blood lipid profile, EKG, and cardio statement filed by doctor
Offers: Cardio Exclusion, or increased separate deductible for cardio, or policy surcharge
Thyroid
Required: Prescription if taking any medical and history of condition
Offers: Thyroid exclusion
Diabetes Type 2
Required:
Offers: Cardio and diabetes exclusion
Minor Depression
